Teaching the how.
Not just the what.

Most PoSH and GRC training describes the law. This suite builds the capability to act on it — for every stakeholder in a functional workplace investigation system.

Design philosophy

Compliance without capability is just documentation.

Constituting an IC or GRC committee is not the same as building one. Most training describes the law and stops there. Participants leave knowing what the Act says. They rarely leave knowing what to do when something actually happens.

This suite is designed differently. Each module starts with the participant, not the legislation. It builds a skill or changes a practice — through activity, scenario, and discussion. The law is context, not the curriculum.

A legally defensible, functionally capable PoSH and GRC system is a competitive and reputational asset. These programmes help organisations close the gap between where they are and where they need to be.

Five cross-cutting themes
  • Impact, not intent — the standard that governs all harassment assessments
  • The retelling chain — what happens before a complaint is filed
  • Capability over compliance — awareness is not the same as skill
  • Psychosocial safety — for complainants, respondents, witnesses, and the organisation
  • Systems, not episodes — individual incidents are symptoms of systemic conditions
Programmes

Most PoSH training teaches the law. Ours teaches the work.

Three programmes, each designed for a specific audience. Available as standalone modules or as a full organisational deployment.

Inquiry Skills

For Grievance Redressal Committee and Internal Committee members

Knowing the Act and running a defensible inquiry are not the same thing. This programme gives IC and GRC members the practical skills to do both: structured interviews, sound evidence assessment, and findings that hold up under scrutiny.

  • Scoping, intake, and complaint assessment
  • Evidence collection and credibility assessment
  • Natural justice and procedural fairness
  • Defensible findings and report writing

HR/ER Investigative Skills

For HR and Employee Relations practitioners

PoSH isn't the only complaint on your desk. This programme builds a structured investigation methodology for the full range of workplace matters: misconduct, grievance, and conduct, including obligations under the Industrial Relations Code.

  • Structured methodology across complaint types
  • GRC obligations under the Industrial Relations Code
  • Intake, documentation, and timeline management
  • Triage: what to investigate, what to manage

Investigative Interviewing

IC members · HR/ER practitioners · External members

The interview is where most investigations are won or lost. In partnership with IMS Australia, this module teaches the technique: PEACE model planning, ethical elicitation, and records that produce reliable, court-ready information.

  • PEACE model: structured interview planning and execution
  • Mendez Principles: trauma-aware and ethical elicitation
  • TILES System®: court-ready interview records
  • Workplace and PoSH/GRC context throughout

All programmes are methodology-based, practitioner-led, and benchmarked against AWI and IMS global standards. Available as standalone modules or as a full organisational deployment across all levels.
