Pillar 01 · Train to a Standard

Most PoSH training teaches the law.
Ours teaches the work.

Investigative training with IMS Australia, a first in India. Not compliance training. Practitioner-grade capability for every stakeholder in a functional workplace investigation system.

Programmes

Teaching the how. Not just the what.

Constituting an IC or GRC committee is not the same as building one. Most training describes the law and stops there. Participants leave knowing what the Act says. They rarely leave knowing what to do when something actually happens.

This suite is designed differently. Each module starts with the participant, not the legislation. It builds a skill or changes a practice, through activity, scenario, and discussion. The law is context, not the curriculum.

Three programmes, each designed for a specific audience. Available as standalone modules or as a full organisational deployment.

Inquiry Skills

For Grievance Redressal Committee and Internal Committee members

Knowing the Act and running a defensible inquiry are not the same thing. This programme gives IC and GRC members the practical skills to do both: structured interviews, sound evidence assessment, and findings that hold up under scrutiny.

  • Scoping, intake, and complaint assessment
  • Evidence collection and credibility assessment
  • Natural justice and procedural fairness
  • Defensible findings and report writing

HR/ER Investigative Skills

For HR and Employee Relations practitioners

PoSH isn't the only complaint on your desk. This programme builds a structured investigation methodology for the full range of workplace matters: misconduct, grievance, and conduct, including obligations under the Industrial Relations Code.

  • Structured methodology across complaint types
  • GRC obligations under the Industrial Relations Code
  • Intake, documentation, and timeline management
  • Triage: what to investigate, what to manage

Investigative Interviewing

IC members · HR/ER practitioners · External members

The interview is where most investigations are won or lost. In partnership with IMS Australia, this module teaches the technique: PEACE model planning, ethical elicitation, and records that produce reliable, court-ready information.

  • PEACE model: structured interview planning and execution
  • Méndez Principles: trauma-aware and ethical elicitation
  • TILES System®: court-ready interview records
  • Workplace and PoSH/GRC context throughout

All programmes are methodology-based, practitioner-led, and benchmarked against AWI and IMS global standards. Available as standalone modules or as a full organisational deployment across all levels.

IMS partnership

Investigative interviewing is a skill, not a personality trait.

In partnership with Interview Management Solutions (IMS, Australia). Evidence-based investigative interviewing training built for workplace, PoSH, and employment relations settings, not adapted from law enforcement, but designed for this work from the ground up. A first in India.

PEACE Model

The internationally recognised structure for ethical, evidence-based investigative interviews: Preparation and Planning, Engage and Explain, Account, Closure, Evaluate.

Méndez Principles

Non-coercive, rights-respecting interview practice, per the UN Special Rapporteur's framework on effective interviewing for investigations.

TILES System®

The interview record that survives scrutiny.

Most IC and GRC interviews are planned in Word and conducted with a notebook. TILES replaces that with a structured, court-admissible digital record: pre-interview planning, in-interview execution, post-interview evaluation, all logged in a digitally signed, read-only Forensic Log.

Strategic interview planning

Structured topic management mapped to objectives before entering the room, with tactical notes and linked documentary evidence.

Forensic interview log

Every action is recorded in a digitally signed, read-only log. The exported Interview Report is admissible in court and regulatory proceedings.

Collaboration & supervision

Multiple investigators and supervisors can work across the interviewing workflow together, remotely and securely, with role-based access.

Multi-platform

Browser-based on web, tablet, and mobile. Integrates with existing HRMS and case management systems via API.

WORQsense is the authorised partner for TILES System® in India. Subscriptions through WORQsense include a free user induction. Contact us for plans and pricing.
