We collect only the personal data necessary for a lawful purpose connected with our functions, which include investigative training, critical conduct investigations, and prevention through system diagnostics.

The categories of personal data we collect include:

  • Contact and identity data: Name, email address, phone number, organisation name.
  • Communication data: Content of messages sent to us via the contact form or by email.
  • Financial and service data: Details of services engaged, billing information, and GST details where applicable.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on site, and referring websites, collected via standard web analytics.

How we collect your data

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete our contact form, send us an email, or provide details in the course of engaging our services. We also collect limited technical data through web server logs and analytics tools when you browse the website.

Third-party processors

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf. These parties are contractually restricted from using your data for any other purpose. Current processors include:

  • Formsubmit.co — Contact form handling. Form data is forwarded to our email and not retained by Formsubmit beyond transmission.
  • GoDaddy — Website hosting and domain services.
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 — Email, communication, and document storage.
  • Google Analytics — Anonymous website usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

International data transfer

WORQsense operates in India and New Zealand. Your data may be transferred and processed in both jurisdictions. By using our services, you acknowledge this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure that recipient organisations apply comparable data protection safeguards.

Cookies

Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function and do not require your consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used to understand how visitors use the site. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact enquiry data is retained for up to two years. Client engagement data is retained for seven years in accordance with legal and professional obligations.
